1. Shipping Availability
OTN Contract Portal ships to locations within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless otherwise arranged through a contract-specific agreement.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of confirmation, subject to product availability.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Standard equipment orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or a comparable carrier based on size, weight, and destination.
- Large or heavy items (e.g., commercial displays 65" and above, interactive boards) may ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments will be coordinated directly with the buyer and may require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- OTN reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination and will be presented at the time of order confirmation.
- Freight surcharges may apply for oversized or heavy equipment.
- Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard ground shipments typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
- Freight deliveries may take longer depending on carrier scheduling and destination.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. OTN is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If a package or item appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us at info@otn.com within 5 business days.
- For freight shipments, do not refuse delivery unless the damage is severe — document the damage thoroughly with photos and contact us immediately.
- OTN will work with the carrier to resolve claims for lost or damaged shipments.
7. Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. For freight shipments, a PRO number or BOL number will be provided for tracking purposes.
8. Purchase Order & Contract Orders
- Orders placed under the Integrated Smart Classroom Contract may be subject to additional shipping terms as specified in the contract. Contact your account representative for details.
