This website is operated by OTN Contract Portal ("OTN," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This portal is intended exclusively for use by authorized purchasing account holders representing eligible government and educational institutions.

2. Eligibility & Account Access

  • Access to contract pricing and purchasing functions is restricted to approved buyers who have completed the purchasing account request process.
  • You represent that you are authorized to make purchases on behalf of your institution and that your institution is eligible under the Integrated Smart Classroom Contract.
  • OTN reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke account access at any time for any reason, including misuse or ineligibility.

3. Contract Pricing

  • Pricing displayed on this portal reflects contract-approved rates and is available only to verified purchasing account holders.
  • Prices are subject to change in accordance with contract terms. All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
  • Unauthorized use of contract pricing by ineligible parties is prohibited.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Submission of an order does not constitute a binding purchase until confirmed by OTN.
  • Payment terms are established at the time of account approval and may include purchase orders, net terms, or other approved methods.
  • OTN reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected unauthorized use.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within the United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • For freight or large equipment shipments, additional terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of order.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by OTN prior to shipment.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this portal, including product descriptions, images, logos, and documentation, is the property of OTN or its suppliers and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this portal or any products purchased through it.
  • OTN's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the item(s) in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTN and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this portal, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington.

11. Changes to Terms

OTN reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the portal following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
